Welcome to Studio AYM. By using this website or working with Studio AYM, you agree to the following terms.
Please read them carefully.
Services
Studio AYM provides marketing, content creation, social media support, website updates, and consulting services. All services are provided as described at the time of booking or outlined in a written agreement.
Because Studio AYM is a one-woman business, availability is limited and services are intentionally scoped to remain sustainable and high quality.
Booking & Payment
Payment terms will be communicated before work begins.
Services may require full or partial payment upfront.
Work will not begin until payment is received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Discovery calls may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
For paid services, cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit payment or deposits.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Deliver requested materials on time (content, access, approvals)
Communicate clearly and respectfully
Delays in providing information may affect timelines.
Intellectual Property
Studio AYM retains ownership of all original work until full payment is received.
Upon payment, clients receive the right to use the delivered content for their business.
Studio AYM reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, on social media, or on the website unless otherwise requested in writing.
No Guarantees
While Studio AYM provides professional services and best practices, results such as engagement, reach, leads, or sales are not guaranteed.
Marketing results vary based on many factors outside of Studio AYM’s control.
Limitation of Liability
Studio AYM is not liable for:
Loss of revenue or profits
Business interruptions
Platform changes (social media algorithms, website updates, third-party tools)
Use of services is at your own discretion.
Termination
Studio AYM reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:
Communication becomes disrespectful
Expectations become unreasonable
Scope creep occurs beyond agreed terms
Any completed work up to termination will remain billable.
Content Usage & Licensing
All content created by Studio AYM remains the intellectual property of Studio AYM unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Usage rights are granted based on the type of service booked:
UGC (User-Generated Content)
Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use UGC created by Studio AYM for marketing purposes, including organic and paid social media, websites, and email marketing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, UGC usage is licensed for 12 months from the delivery date.
UGC may not be resold, transferred to third parties, or claimed as client-owned content. A full usage buyout or extended license may be requested for an additional fee.
Brand Shoots & Content Creation
For brand shoots and general content creation services, clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use delivered content for their business marketing, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
This license does not allow resale, transfer, or use by third parties.
Portfolio & Promotional Use
Studio AYM reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, on the website, and on social media for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to project start.
Specific usage details will be outlined during discovery or in written agreements prior to project start.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Studio AYM operates.
Changes to These Terms
Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of this website or services indicates acceptance of those changes.
